1. They lack for stories in a world where they ignore 1000 priority issues daily.
2. They think the President is not politically adept.
3. They need something to gussy up discussions about and this is easy.
The reason the fears are not justified is that the President knows full well what people are thinking and is not going to let a prominent enemy who wishes for the failure of his agenda get away with it.
