I have a soft spot for Newt because of the unctious Romney presence out there. But he is being grandiose in the worst way. He should not make commitments to repeal everything that would create havoc in his first three hours as President and then have the silliness to call that just the hors d’oeuvre. I suspect it is this promise that accounts for his low showings of late. And it may also hurt his money quest.
