There must be some circle of hell to which we might relegate the actions of murder now the province of Syrian forces. It seems each day brings a new indignity. Russia and China have made this situation and it is they who must reverse their hoary position. Otherwise the US must act unilaterally or bilaterally or however laterally it can as Russia and China share the shame of the present situation.
